OutlookText = "<p><b> Mar 17 (Wed 6 AM) - GOOD SURF ALERT FOR THURS - </b>  Surf will begin to build around mid day with the arrival of some 3 foot+ long period swell. Thurs will get the peak of the swell in the 6 foot range along with moderate to brisk off-shore winds. The swell will begin to fade slowly thru Friday and Sat, but is expected to hold in the 4 foot+ range thru Sat. Winds look to be generally off-shore or light on-shores. Sunday dawn patrol gets the last of it. At 6 AM you could already see a slight pick up on the 120 mile buoy in the 8 to 9 second range. I am thinking a late PM session today may be fun since the winds might go off-shore (some charts think so anyway).
