The page is dedicated to Joey Putnall, currently nationally ranked third in boys under 12. Although Joey is only 7, he has been ripping in the surf since he could walk. Joey lives in far away Plant City, but heads for Cocoa Beach or Sebastian Inlet whenever the waves are inbound. How does Joey know when to head for the coast? In a recent interview for an article that appeared in the Florida Today on Sunday, December 14, 2008, Joey says he just dials into his favorite website, CFLsurf.com. Yup, that boy has good taste. We'll be watching Joey collect lots of trophies in the years ahead.
